Purpose of the study - to study the role of management and marketing in the context of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine; to analyze the impact of effective management and marketing strategies on the development of enterprises in modern conditions; to determine the features of the implementation of management and marketing by Ukrainian enterprises and their adaptation to the specifics of the market environment; to identify key success factors in the use of management and marketing in Ukrainian enterprises; to formulate recommendations for enterprises to optimize management and marketing. Research methods: analysis and synthesis - for generalization of theoretical considerations; descriptive - for interpretation of socio-economic phenomena; experimental and theoretical - for identification and description of socio-economic phenomena and processes arising in the process of interaction between management and marketing in the enterprise management system, as well as for establishing the consequences of such interaction, substantiation of promising areas of synergy of management and marketing in enterprises. As a result of researching the topic of the research work, the following results were obtained: the key aspects that influence the successful implementation of management and marketing in Ukrainian entrepreneurship were identified; the effectiveness of the use of management and marketing strategies in enterprises of different industries and sizes in Ukraine was analyzed; the influence of the external environment on the efficiency and success of the application of marketing and management in the Ukrainian market is studied; assessed the level of adaptation of Ukrainian enterprises to the latest trends and tools in the field of management and marketing.
