It provides stable modular fixation with through and one-sided rods fixed on semi-circular supports. The study findings show that the rigid fixation of the fracture allows arbitrary loading of the injured limb in the early postoperative period, prevents the development of contractures and muscle atrophy, optimizes the bone tissue regeneration and soft tissue healing, prevents the development of osteomyelitis and non-unions. In general, it significantly improves the patients' life quality during treatment and shortens the treatment period. We have developed an algorithm for dynamizing transformations of the developed external fracture fixation system depending on the wound nature, which based on the gradual dismantling of the structure. The method made it possible to avoid hyperpressure on the bone regenerate, to prevent the destruction of the bone callus and the formation of secondary deformations and nonunions. In addition, the suggested fixation system allowed increasing access to the wound surface for performing other reconstructive interventions to remedy the damaged segment.
