The work presents a complex analysis and systematic description of theoretical preconditions of stylistically marked oral discourse thus creating methodological foundation for further research. It gives classification of institutional and everyday discourse in relation to its pragmatic and intentional features. The work reveals relations between stylistically marked conditions of oral discourse and its prosodic parameters. The work studies verbal and non-verbal means of speech acts realization in English fiction and institutional discourse. It also singles out and describes pragmatic features of evaluative opinion genesis and its transformation into evaluative utterance conditioned by social, ethnocultural and psychological factors. The work also outlines phonetical reconstruction algorithm of marine, religious, academic and media discourse. It provides generalized tonal contour of different discourse types with the help of instrumental analysis presenting interpretation and scientific basis of the data.
