It has been shown that immune dysregulation can lead to significant systemic inflammation and immune paralysis, and this uncontrolled systemic immune response can lead to tissue damage and multiple organ failure. It has been shown that application of rehabilitation measures at various stages in patients with burns improves the course of the wound process, reduces the possibility of scarring, leads to patient early stabilization and shortens time to reconstructive operations. It has been proven that surgical treatment and rehabilitation of burns and their consequences allows solving the restoration issue of various types of tissue defects, as well as joint deformations and contractures, to decrease the incidence of negative results, to improve the functional cosmetics treatment effect and to increase the quality of life of the victims.
