The object of research is the processes that may occur in the mining massif under the floodplain as a result of mining operations. The purpose of the work is to determine the dangerous factors that may arise during the development of the m42 coal seam within the mining concession of the "Svyato-Pokrovska" mine of LLC "Techinovation". Research methods: analytical, theoretical. When developing the expert opinion, the materials provided by the customer were considered, namely: 1. Special permit for the use of subsoil No. 5098 dated December 30, 2009 (with changes); 2. Characterization of the area between the old mining operations and the output of the m42 layer under alluvium; 3. Graphic materials regarding the actual location of the site with the coordinates of the corner points, its location on the hypsometric plan; 4. The plan for conducting mining operations in the conditions of the "Svyato-Pokrovska" mine of LLC "Techinovation". The provided expert opinion lists the possible risks, and states that any work on the section of the m42 layer between the old mining operations and the outcrops of the layer under alluvium should minimize the existing risks and be accompanied by appropriate technical documentation agreed with the leading institutions of the mining profile. Any mining work on the current site must be carried out with the permission of the chief engineer of the mine under the direct control of the engineering services of the "Svyato-Pokrovska" mine of LLC "Techinovation". Its implementation in industrial conditions will ensure the conduct of mining operations, which will have a positive economic, ecological and social effect.
