The object of the study is the mechanism of regulation of the creation and operation of industrial parks. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles and practical aspects of regulating the creation and functioning of industrial parks in Ukraine. Research methods. In the process of writing the work, the author used the following methods: generalization and systematization, analysis and synthesis, classification, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical modeling, the method of squares, comparison, empirical, graphic, analogy, etc. The information base of the study was the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the European Business Association, materials of scientific and applied research, the legislative and regulatory framework in the field of regulation of the activities of industrial parks, the Concept of State Regional Policy, the Strategy for the Development of Industrial Parks for 2023–2030 etc. The main scientific result of the study is the improvement of the legal framework for the regulation of the creation and operation of industrial parks based on mathematical methods in accordance with the challenges of time. The practical value of the scientific work lies in the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the legal framework for regulating the creation and functioning of industrial parks based on mathematical methods.
