The purpose of the work: to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with endometrial cancer of intermediate and high-intermediate risk groups by detecting signal lymph nodes and taking into account molecular biological factors associated with a high risk of aggressive course. Scientific hypothesis: recurrence-free survival in patients who underwent biopsy of mapped lymph nodes with indocyanine green is not less compared to patients who underwent systemic lymph node dissection, and the quality of life is better. Research methods: general clinical, pathomorphological, endoscopic, radiation, polymerase chain reaction method. Effectiveness: medical - reducing the number of systemic lymphodesections, improving long-term results in patients with RE by personalizing surgical treatment and determining molecular biological factors; social - reducing the number of postoperative complications, improving the quality of life of patients; economic: reducing the length of stay of patients in the hospital, reducing the frequency of postoperative complications, reducing the disability of patients and, accordingly, social payments from the state budget of Ukraine.
