Information × Registration Number 0224U031492, 0123U103740 , R & D reports Title Analysis and approval of the "Project of mechanized transportation of people by belt conveyors" according to the works of block 10 under the conditions of PJSC "SHU "POKROVSKE" popup.stage_title Head Krukovskyi Oleksandr P., Доктор технічних наук Registration Date 02-05-2024 Organization Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics named after MS Polyakova of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  As a result of the work, the drawing was reviewed and studied to establish the conformity of the parameters of the 1LTP1000 type conveyor in the ventilation duct of block 10 of PJSC "SHU "POKROVSKE", the conveyor of type 2LT100 in the conveyor stretch of 6 benches of block 10 of PJSC "SHU "POKROVSKE", the following issues were analyzed: geotechnical characteristics of the conveyor belt; technical characteristics of the belt conveyor 2LT100 and 1LTP1000; calculation of the safety margin of the conveyor belt, as well as requirements for them; assembly and installation of personnel boarding and disembarking platforms (diagrams and drawings of platforms; principles of operation of electrical circuits of AUK-1 equipment; organization of work on converting the conveyor to the mode of transporting people and the order of their transportation on the conveyor; a list of operations and actions that are prohibited when transporting people by conveyors ; schedule of transportation of people by conveyor belt. The projects were reviewed for compliance with current regulatory documents. An examination was conducted and a conclusion was issued on the compliance of the technical solutions adopted in the projects with the requirements of the current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Implementation results – a number of final scientific conclusions and practical recommendations were made, aimed at solving the important national economic problem of increasing the safety of coal mining at the mines of Ukraine and, in general, increased the safety of work at the enterprise.
