Registration Date 03-05-2024 Organization National Cancer Institute popup.description2 The object of the study was 95 patients with breast cancer, 46 patients were Her2/neu negative, 49 with low Her2/neu status. The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of breast cancer patients with low or negative HER 2/neu status after standard preoperative chemotherapy by determining the level of chemokines in peripheral blood and taking into account the features of the immune tumor microenvironment. It has been established that the risk of recurrence in patients with Her2\neu negative breast cancer who received NPHT before surgery is mainly related to 3 factors: the Ki-67 index in the residual tumor, the number of affected axillary lymph nodes after NPHT and OJZP At the same time, in patients with locally disseminated luminal RGZ who received NPHT, it was found that an increase in the number of affected axillary lymph nodes from 10 or more (category pN3) increases (p = 0.001) the risk of recurrence of breast cancer BP = 3.9 (CI 95%, 3.2 – 6.5), compared to patients in whom no regional lymph node metastases were detected (pN0 category), when standardized by other risk factors. A stand was developed for the experimental study of mechanoluminescence of Walker-256 carcinosarcoma cells with Fe3O4-Au magnetic nanocomplex. The mechanoluminescence signal of Walker-256 carcinosarcoma cells had less variation than the spontaneous chemiluminescence of the cells. Walker-256 carcinosarcoma cells with a Fe3O4-Au magnetic nanocomplex under the influence of a rotating magnetic field had 3.5 times higher mechanoluminescence signal intensity (p ≤ 0.05) than their spontaneous chemiluminescence. In a practical aspect, the obtained results of the magneto-mechanochemical effect of a magnetic nanocomplex under the uneven influence of a rotating magnetic field testify to the possibility of implementing this medical-physical principle in the technology of antitumor nanotherapy.
