The essence of the process of regulating socio-economic rejection of the population, which consists in the introduction of timely and adequate management influence through the tools of socio-economic involvement, is substantiated. A problem-diagnostic mechanism for the development of information-innovative activity of enterprise personnel has been developed in the form of interaction of the space of limited invariants of enterprise resources and invariants of personnel development. The presented mechanism is an element of the practical toolkit, thanks to which the management is able to timely notice manifestations of socio-economic rejection and respond to them accordingly. The concept of regulation of socio-economic rejection of the population has been developed, which includes a set of production, economic, social and management subsystems. The essence and components of the enterprise's entropy balance, which determines the level of risk of socio-economic rejection at the enterprise, are substantiated.
