Beketov national university of urban economy in Kharkiv popup.description2  The research addresses the problem of restoring destructive consequences of armed conflicts in Ukraine using remote sensing (RS) and geoinformation technologies (GIT). The study explores the methods of utilizing these tools to enhance the restoration process, contributing to the preservation of national identity and cultural heritage. Remote sensing of Earth and laser scanning offer significant opportunities for monitoring and reconstructing infrastructure objects. Space and aerial imagery, combined with data from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and laser scanning, facilitate efficient management of construction and restoration activities. The use of ArcGIS Online enables the creation of online maps for continuous data updating and analysis, aiding in the challenges of reconstruction and cultural heritage preservation during wartime. The research highlights the importance of using RS and GIT data to optimize the development of restoration projects for architectural monuments. Three key stages are emphasized: historical-archival research, field surveys and exploration, and project decision-making. The details of previous works, including surveys, photo-documentation, technical condition assessment, and historical-archaeological research, are discussed. The significance of these stages in determining the restoration plan and preserving the authenticity of structures is emphasized. The possibility of using three-dimensional models and geo-information technologies for more efficient development of documentation on recovery, reconstruction and restoration is offered. The study employs a range of technical tools, including laser scanning, and software for data processing. Cyclone Field 360 is used to manage the scanner during the field stage. After data collection, Cyclone Register 360 is employed to stitch point clouds, and Cyclone Model is used for point cloud processing. Topographic plans are created using AutoCAD, while 3D models are generated using Revit. Product Description popup.authors Bielykh Iryna M. Herasymenko Volodymyr V. Protsenko Olena M.
