Peculiarities of the manifestation of static structural and dynamic temperature disorder and their influence on phase transformations in solid solutions of low dimensional crystals CuInP2S6 and TlInS2 type were established. Phase x, T and p, T - diagrams of these crystals were build. Theoretical studies based on the first principles of electronic and phonon spectra of α-Hg3S2Cl2 crystals were carried out.
