The object of the study is the process of development and formation of the Strategy of Social and Economic Development of Teplytsk Territorial Community for 2024-2029. The subject of the study is the development of a strategy for economic and social development of the community. The main goal of the work is to determine the goals, tasks, priorities and directions of sustainable economic and social development of Teplytsk TG until 2029, taking into account the needs and interests of the community. The implementation of the developed Strategy is related to the achievement of the predicted level of indicators in all priority directions of development, which can be tracked by the stages of its implementation. The strategy is considered as a planning document of the highest level in the community, and therefore, its implementation requires the concentration of relevant resources. It is expected that the efforts of government structures, the public, and scientific circles will be directed towards the successful implementation of the priorities and measures provided for in the strategy. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, method of statistical observation, system analysis to develop a model of a comprehensive approach to the research process, statistical grouping, consideration and analysis of community needs in relation to structural changes, methods relative and average values and methods of analysis of dynamics series.
