In the range of more than 25.0 mm Hg. there is an overestimation of the values of OOT by 8.8 mm Hg. Icare IC 200 tonometry data are most comparable with Pascal DCT data in the range from 10.0 0 mm Hg. up to 25.0 mm Hg. understatement of the indicators of the IOP with the Icare tonometer is noted, only by 1.3 mm Hg. In the pressure range more than 25.0 mm Hg. overestimation of TOT indicators by 3.7 mm Hg. Icare IC 200 tonometry data is more appropriate to compare with true IOP measurement tonometry data, for example, Pascal DKT. When comparing different types of tonometry, it is necessary to take into account the rigidity of the corneoscleral membrane, since it affects the data of the obtained pressure. The greatest overestimation of the indicators of the Icare IC 200 tonometer was established in patients with glaucoma with an increase in IOP (more than 25.0 mm Hg.), both in comparison with the Maklakov tonometer, and in comparison with the Pascal tonometer. In the group of patients with glaucoma, there is a gradual decrease in the difference between the Mакlakov and Icare values in the pressure range up to 25.0 mm Hg. Indicating a gradual change in the rigidity of the corneoscleral membrane in patients with glaucoma with an increase in IOP, which is absent in patients of a healthy group. The lower the corneoscleral rigidity in patients with glaucoma, the greater the overestimation of the IOP indicators will be noted during the Icare IS 200 tonometry. Given the presence of a difference between all tonometers, it is advisable to use several tonometers when diagnosing glaucoma and monitoring the level of intraocular pressure, among which there should be both true intraocular pressure tonometers and tonometers for measuring tonometric IOP.
