The requirements for subsystems are formulated and the functioning logic and technological platform for implementation are defined. The implementation is based on blockchain technology, which, thanks to consensus algorithms, makes it possible to create a decentralized microgrid management. On the basis of experiments with the use of IoT elements, methodological recommendations have been developed on the construction of information systems using distributed registry technology. Output parameters are equipment characteristics, task parameters, system topology, information system requirements. Guidelines show: which type of blockchain to choose, authentication protocols, hashing method, which consensus method to use. The proposed practical use is a system for accounting for the use of electricity at autonomous gas stations for electric vehicles. A feature of this network of gas stations is the mobility of stations and the use of solar panels and wind generators. Since the nodes of the network work autonomously and, possibly, in hard-to-reach places, in addition to standard security systems, the computer system should also have high security indicators. To do this, on the basis of a private blockchain, an information system is proposed with such functions as determining the current state of the node devices, the ability to charge cars of various manufacturers, control the functioning of the node devices in the optimal mode, on the basis of car data, conducting the optimal charging mode, interaction with the driver's application, etc. Product Description popup.authors Yevdokimov Volodymyr A.
