The purpose of the study is to monitor fluctuating and succession changes in natural and artificial ecosystems, the preservation of gene- and coenopools, characterize the impact of military operations, record and determine the damage caused to the territory and objects of the reserve as a result of the temporary occupation of the region by russia. The research methods are common in meteorology, field geobotany, zoology and dendrology, and remote monitoring tools. The current state of the natural complexes and artificially created ecosystems of the reserve was monitored and assessed, the impact of military operations and occupation on the nature reserve objects, the situation in the buffer zones and anthropogenic landscapes was described. The results of the survey of reservoirs, meteorological characteristics of the seasons are summarized, and the course of weather conditions is analyzed. Based on the materials of previous studies, a general characterization of the flora of vascular plants of the protected area was carried out. The electronic file of the herbarium was edited, and the data were entered into the GBIF global database. The data on the composition of the vertebrate fauna, the number of background and rare species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish were summarized. The seasonal development of some indicator and rare plants of the dendrological park is analyzed. The state of the zoo's animal collection is described and the verified data on the number of animals are summarized. The results of the research will be used to identify long-term cycles of natural processes in the reserve and to develop measures and management plans for biodiversity conservation and its restoration after the war.
