The influence of gibberellic acid, 1-naphthylacetic acid, 1-benzylaminopurine, chlormequat chloride, tebuconazole and 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid on growth processes, morphogenesis, formation and functioning of the photosynthetic apparatus, gas exchange and transpiration intensity in connection with the productivity of a wide range of agricultural crops was determined. The sequence and peculiarities of the use of reserve substances of the seeds of dicotyledonous (horse bean) and monocotyledonous (corn) plants during the germination process under the action of gibberellin and its biosynthesis antagonist tebuconazole under the conditions of photo- and scotomorphogenesis have been established. Based on the results of the research, two new plant breeding technologies were developed, implemented and registered in the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, two patents for useful model were obtained, the application for a patent invention was submitted, four monographs were published, two of which were published in foreign scientific editions in English, furthermore seven articles were published in journals of WoS list and thirteen articles – in specialized scientific publications, two state budget topics worth UAH 100,000 were completed, the doctoral thesis was prepared and submitted for the defense to the special council of the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the research materials were introduced into the educational process of Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University.
