New and already existing methods of synthesis of multiple types of nanoobjects and heterostructures were developed and improved, which made it possible to obtain unique nanostructures of the "parquet floor", "doughnut-like", "diamond-like", "desert rose" type. Their growth mechanisms were studied and described, and theoretical models were created. In addition, for most of the synthesized nanostructures, the structural, morphological, crystalline, and optical properties were investigated and the component composition was determined.
