In the process of interpreting humanitarian security, key worldview principles are formed, which generally determine the strategic vision for the prospects and directions of state development. The study has identified the factors and indicators of humanitarian security, developed mechanisms for its formation and channels for its implementation, provision, support. Among the leading mechanisms of formation and channels for the implementation of national security are education, a stable political consensus, and formed values that are shared by the majority of members of the society. Information security, which is becoming a key component of the culture system of the modern information space, is one of the important mechanisms for ensuring the effectiveness of humanitarian security. A methodological approach to the formation of worldview principles of national security has been developed, which includes the spheres of education, social communications and humanitarian policy. Theoretical developments of concepts of security in the social, worldview-philosophical, and ideological dimensions are presented in the format of "responses" to current social challenges. The problem of identifying channels for creating an up-to-date national worldview as the basis for security forms and actions has been identified. The proposed approach significantly minimizes risky consequences, simplifies public perception of decisions made in the field of national security in conditions of problematic forecasting of dangerous phenomena. The hypothesis that the current state of humanitarian security of the state is uncertain due to the disintegration of society and the lack of a clear vision of humanitarian security has been confirmed.
