The project considers the dynamical effects that occur in current-driven spintronic systems of reduced dimension (films, wires, layered structures, etc.) and the different states of such systems. By studying the magnetic dynamics in antiferromagnetic spintronic nanostructures, the conditions for synchronizing magnetic oscillations with an external alternating signal are found, and the use of stochastic magnetic dynamics to create a “p-bit”, a key computational element for implementing ultrafast data encryption/decryption systems, is proposed. Studies of the properties of microwave magnon-plasmon polaritons have shown the possibility of using such quasiparticles for the development of a new generation of magnetoplasmonic devices. Nanosystems combining ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic properties, in particular layered Ni-Cr structures with Ni nanoribbons, whose optical properties change dramatically with temperature, have shown promise for spintronics. Finally, studies of the magnetic properties of Ni thin films deposited on the surface of polysilicon films have shown that the magnetic properties of such structures are determined by surface inhomogeneities of the silicon film, opening the way for the development of a new class of two-dimensional spintronic systems.   Product Description popup.authors Kondratovych Yurii M.
