The objective of the study is to enhance the tools and systems of information technology support for the synthesis of problem-oriented web services. The research methods employed involve the modeling of architecture and structure of tools used in working with knowledge bases within information systems for scientific research. It is proposed to consider any structure as information, to take the logical structure of a scientific theory as a formal model of any knowledge. The content of functions and models for synthesizing scientific theories is determined. It is determined that chaotic architectures are a new type of information technology characterized by programming through data-driven learning. It has been demonstrated that the verification of knowledge reduces to verifying the virtual correspondence between physical and abstract objects. The ontology-oriented system for processing electronic libraries of scientific publications has been developed for the purpose of information retrieval within proprietary sources. The technology for multi-level ontological description has been created for both general knowledge and individual disciplines, sections, theories, etc. The architecture of the transdisciplinary intelligent information-analytical system TISP has been developed and implemented, meets the needs of specialists in physical and rehabilitation medicine.
