The philosophical and worldview content of the key categories, notions and concepts of modern Chinese Marxism is revealed in detail. A comparative analysis of the understanding of "practice" in Ukrainian Soviet and Chinese Marxism was carried out and two key aspects of the explication of practice were established: epistemological and political-philosophical. The main aspects of the development and understanding of the concept of the "line of the masses" in Chineseized Marxism are analyzed. The concepts of "red culture" and "new culture" were studied in the context of the development and modern functioning of Chinese culture. Three historical leaps in the process of the Chineseization of Marxism have been studied: Mao Zedong's initiation of the idea of the Chineseization of Marxism; the period of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and Deng Xiaoping's reforms; "socialism with Chinese characteristics of the new era" developed by Xi Jinping. The philosophical, outlook and political meaning of the concepts "practice", "three popular principles", "three stages of the country's development", "line of the masses", "new democracy", "initial stage of socialism", "one country, two systems" and their functioning in modern political practices of China.
