The purpose of the work is to investigate in depth the state of Slavic languages in the conditions of globalization, to find out the nature of changes that are occurring at various levels of Slavic languages at the current stage. Research methods: descriptive, comparative-historical, comparative-typological methods; conceptual and linguaxiological analysis; historical analogy; extrapolation; modeling; derivative analysis and quantitative calculation; lexicographic analysis, comparative and comparative analysis of dictionaries, method of analysis of dictionary definitions, etc. Work on the planned topic was carried out in the departments of Slavic languages and languages of Ukraine from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The topic consisted of three sections: "Vocabulary, phraseology and word-work of Slavic languages: current aspects of research". "Proper names in Ukraine: norm-setting, variability, translation problems", "Ukrainian-Russian linguistic interaction of the beginning of the XXI century". The total volume of published materials is 35,58 d.a. The results of the conducted research are reflected in 1 monograph (27 d.a.), 9 articles (8,45 d.a.), of which 2 are foreign (2,6 d.a.), 2 published in publications indexed in Scopus , Web of Science (2,6 d.a.), 6 abstracts of reports (1,75 d.a.). The results of the conducted theoretical research can be fruitfully used in the development of educational courses in comparative-historical linguistics, sociolinguistics, cognitivism, linguo-axiology, linguo-culturology, ethnolinguistics, paremiology and phraseology, lexicology, political discourse, terminology. In addition, the materials systematized during the research and the obtained data are important as an evidence base in related disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, primarily in culture, history, sociology, pedagogy.
