The purpose of the work is to develop technical solutions for the safe exploitation of coal seams by the gas factor in the mining and geological conditions of the mine «Dniprovska» of the PSU "MINE MANAGEMENT «Dniprovskaе» PJSC "DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical characteristics of the mining areas of 1184 lavas and 1067 lavas of the «Dniprovska» mine of the PSU "MINE MANAGEMENT «Dniprovskaе» PJSC "DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA" were analyzed. The calculation of the expected release of methane within the extraction sites, the air consumption for their ventilation, and the required diameters of the gas degassing pipelines was performed. The "Degassing Project of the Excavation Section 1184 of the C10c Formation Bench" and the "Degassing Project of the Excavation Section 1067 of the C10c Formation Bench" of the «Dniprovska» mine of the PSU "MINE MANAGEMENT «Dniprovskaе» PJSC "DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA" were developed. Recommendations have been developed to ensure the dust and gas safety of excavation sites 1186 and 1184 of the lava, and during dead-end excavations. The "Project of isolated removal of methane from the produced space of 1186 lava beyond the excavation area along the pipeline with the help of the gas suction unit VMCG-7M of the «Dniprovska» mine was agreed. The calculation of the permissible level of dustiness based on the factor of critical dust loads was carried out, and acts of establishing technically achievable levels of residual dustiness in the air of the mine workings of the Dniprovska mine were agreed upon.
