The purpose of the work is to improve the possibilities of radiological diagnosis of the pathology of patients with co- and multimorbidity who have suffered from COVID-19 by using ultrasound, digital radiography, and tomosynthesis. Research methods - clinical and laboratory research, radiological methods: X-ray, X-ray, computed tomography, tomosynthesis for substantiation of X-ray signs of lung changes in COVID-19. Based on the analysis of literary sources, the need for the development and implementation of new effective methods of diagnosing lung changes in COVID-19 was recognized. The use of improved and developed radiographic signs in patients with lung changes due to COVID-19 will contribute to their timely diagnosis and improvement of early and long-term treatment results, faster recovery and return of patients to a normal lifestyle. The determined risk factors of severe consequences of changes in the lungs, which are obtained as a result of the work, will help to identify "risk groups" among patients and carry out regular preventive measures in them, which is of important practical importance.
