The results of scientific research for 2023 and January-March 2024, conducted within the territory of the Lower Dniester National Nature Park, are summarized. Meteorological indicators and the level regime of the Dniester River have been obtained and generalized. The annual variability of the vertical structure of dissolved oxygen concentration based on the materials of expeditionary work on the Lower Dniester and the Dniester estuary is considered. The state and seasonal development of aquatic vegetation on the territory of the Lower Dniester National Nature Park were determined using remote sensing data and spectral indices. Lists of flora and fauna, maps of places of their registration in the Park have been updated. Particular attention is paid to the rare component of flora and fauna, including species included in the international lists in force for Ukraine. A standard complex of phenological observations for the objects of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine has been carried out. Scientific funds were replenished – herbarium, photo library, library. Information on the creation of recreational areas for the recreation of visitors on the territory of the Park, a network of ecological, educational, scientific and educational routes is presented.
