The purpose of the work is the development of resource-saving technologies for forging special grades of steel, as well as the improvement of product manufacturing technologies by modeling hot and cold stamping processes. Research methods – theoretical and experimental studies of processes and equipment to establish certain technological and operational characteristics. The first chapter is devoted to the research and modeling of hot and cold stamping processes of complex shape products, in particular, steeply bent bends and complex rotation bodies, using computer simulation of the deformation process. In the second chapter, resource-saving technologies for forging special grades of steel are developed, and an analysis of the impact on forging quality of factors that form the optimal forging technological process is carried out. In the third chapter, the effect of adjusting the specific pressing force for the pulling operation, a comparative analysis of the processes of pulling a cylindrical part with a constant and variable mode was carried out. Relevant recommendations are presented. Product Description popup.authors Yepishkin Oleksandr V. BEN Anna M. Kulykovskyi Ruslan A. Lenok Anastasiia A. Matiukhin Anton Yu. Obdul Vasyl D.
