The goal is creation and improvement of the modern complex system mathematical models in engineering and economics and development of the newest methods of approximate solution of problems on construction elements deformation and problems on economic efficiency, sustainable development and planning. Research methods are numerical and analytical. An effective mathematical apparatus has been created for solving the problems of researching complex systems in engineering and economic calculations. A mathematical model of the complex interaction of elements of composite structures under shock-impulse loading has been developed. A special algorithm was built that allows you to change the boundary conditions during the calculation depending on the performance of the strength criterion based on the method of characteristics. The results contribute to the identification of areas prone to damage and to draw conclusions about the possibility of further operation of the structure after the appearance of delamination. Algorithms for restoring various classes of functions according to their experimental values and an algorithm for indirect selection of nonlinear functional dependencies of regressions have been developed. A numerical and analytical study of various real objects and processes was carried out.
