The purpose of the work: building a scientifically based picture of regional features of social management practices in the social work management system. Research methods. Taking into account the complexity of the research goal and solving the tasks defined in it, a complex of cognitive methods was used at the theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization, classification) and empirical (document analysis, expert survey) levels. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in the determination of regional features of social management practices in the management system of social work. Real and optimal models of social management practices at the regional level have been determined. The need to modernize the system of social work and the provision of social services in Ukraine through the formation of an effective and adaptive and innovative model of social work management is substantiated. Social management practices in the model of partnership interaction should be based on the concept of social partnership of social subjects of management in the field of social work and provision of social services.
