The purpose of the work is to determine the chemical compositions and technological modes of production of silumin and PCM with high indicators of their mechanical, technological and service properties. Research methods – chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical tests with determination of strength limit, relative elongation and hardness. The dependence of the influence of the chemical composition and modification on the formation of the structure, as well as the complex of properties of structural materials (aluminum alloys and polymer composites) was established. Recommendations for compliance and implementation are given, which will allow industrial enterprises to increase and ensure the necessary level of quality of aluminum alloys and polymer-based composites.
