The goal is to increase the accuracy and speed of data processing in applied applications. Research methods: mathematical statistics, machine learning, parallel programming, signal processing methods. Methods and models of intelligent computing increasing the accuracy and speed of data processing in applications have been developed. The neuromodel for electricity generation forecasting has received further development. A method for the synthesis of diagnostic neuromodels based on a genetic algorithm has been developed. It uses at the coding stage the coding of interneuron connections, criteria for regulating the size and direction of network development, allows at the mutation stage to adaptively choose which type of structure transformation is more suitable for a given network, which allows to avoid forced selection of the step size and increase the accuracy of model synthesis. An information model for forecasting atmospheric air pollution is created, which is based on a forecasting model that was created and trained to forecast nitrogen dioxide concentration using car traffic data and using a recurrent neural network based on a long-short-term memory architecture. Intelligent computing tools were developed and experimentally investigated. A software solution for building a cognitive network for loud noise detection has been developed, which will allow timely detection of a potential threat at sensor locations and action accordingly. The proposed and developed decision-making methods and tools for data processing in intelligent diagnostic and forecasting systems can be widely used in various fields of science, technology and medicine, related to the creation and maintenance of high-precision and high-performance equipment in various sectors of the economy, in particular in aircraft engine construction, military industry, instrument making.
