The object of research is complex socio-economic systems. Research methods – mathematical modeling, computer modeling, intelligent technologies, and software tools. Several models and information systems have been developed for information support of decision-making in complex socio-economic systems. Based on the classical portfolio theory, a model of effective distribution of resources between branches of the trading network was developed. The model takes into account the expected profitability and diversification of the distribution and minimizes risks. An information and analytical system has been designed for saving and analyzing data about destroyed infrastructure objects due to the division of the map into 3 levels and a separate analytical module. The HELIANTHUS ontology model was developed based on information provided by experts from the Institute of Oil Crops of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
