This will create a comprehensive and scientifically grounded approach to developing tools for forming a culture of communication in the educational environment. The study results will be of practical importance for educational institutions, particularly for the administration of educational institutions, teachers and applicants. They will contribute to improving internal communication, raising the overall level of educational activities, and adapting educational processes to modern requirements and challenges of the information society.
