The problems and structure of modern Ukrainian studies practices in the system of national-patriotic education of schoolchildren are studied. It was determined that the formation of the educational environment as a creative space for the affirmation of the Ukrainian national identity in the conditions of modern threats is impossible without a theoretical generalization of the specificity of Ukrainian studies. For this, it is necessary to visualize a complex study of the system of Ukrainian identities using an interdisciplinary approach to the study of the problem.
