The object of research is the process of creating tools for the development and implementation of multimedia STEM education systems in institutions of higher education. The subject of the study is a set of methodological recommendations that support decision-making regarding the creation of tools for the development and implementation of multimedia STEM education systems in institutions of higher education. A modified method of developing a web-based information multimedia system has been created. Peculiarities of the use of multimedia databases in the formation of STEM education have been studied. A method of designing a project presentation on Behance has been developed. Pedagogical measurement subsystems for STEM education with open-ended responses were designed and implemented. Methodological principles for improving the professional training of civil servants using STEM education have been developed. Peculiarities of the synergy of interactive technologies of computer games and multimedia systems are studied.
