The writing of the software code was based on the principles of object-oriented programming. The programming language is Delphi (the package is Borland Delphi 7 Studio). The software and calculation complex allows you to: receive, in automatic mode, accumulate and store historical data on the amount of electricity generation for the selected solar power plant (SPP); to form a correct array of data for the «training» of a neural network for forecasting SPP generation volumes, which includes information on air temperature, cloud opacity, relative air humidity, wind speed, as well as azimuth and inclination of the sun; receive, in automatic mode, a forecast of changes in weather conditions for the geographical coordinates of the SPP location area and the time horizon of generation forecasting by the selected SPP; in automatic mode, generate a report on the forecast of generation volumes by the selected SPP; conduct a comparative analysis of forecast and actual data of generation by the selected SPP.
