Theoretical and practical results – the development of legal, theoretical-methodical and organizational bases for conducting a forensic electrotechnical examination of unaccounted consumption of electrical energy, which arise as a result of the influence of electromagnetic radiation on electrical energy accounting devices. The novelty of this GDR is that for the first time 1) the place of expert research on the impact of electromagnetic radiation on metering devices in the classification structure of expert research on unaccounted use of electric energy is determined; 2) determined subject and objects of forensic examination of the impact of electromagnetic radiation on electrical energy metering devices; 3) the determined place of the methodology for researching the influence of electromagnetic radiation on electrical energy metering devices for solving situational diagnostic tasks in the general structure of the methodology of forensic electrotechnical examination.
