The purpose of the research work is to theoretically substantiate the essence of the management of stocks of finished products, to reveal the peculiarities of their formation and use, to determine ways of optimizing the management of stocks of finished products of a trading company. The subject of the research work is the process of forming stocks of finished products of PE "Bosch Auto Service Formula". The following methods were used in the research process: observation, comparison, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, generalization, systematization, classification, monographic method; measurement, analysis, economic-statistical method - to assess absolute and relative indicators of inventory management; systematization, a comprehensive approach - to identify reserves for optimization of inventory management under the management of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is manifested in the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for improving audit methods and analysis of enterprise stocks in Ukraine.
