The purpose of the research work is the development of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the management of the company's profit on the example of PE "Bosch Auto Service Formula" in the context of the use of operational and financial levers and improvement of its accounting and analytical support. The subject of research work is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of enterprise profit management. The following methods were used in the research process: observation, comparison, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, generalization, systematization, classification method, monographic method - when determining the essence, types and factors of profit formation; measurement, analysis, economic and statistical method - when analyzing absolute and relative indicators of the financial state; techniques of economic analysis - to determine the influence of factors on the level of profit of the enterprise; systematization, a comprehensive approach - when identifying reserves of profit growth and developing a strategy to increase profitability. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is manifested in the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for the improvement of audit methods and analysis of the company's profit in Ukraine.
