The purpose of work is to improve the quality of research results for rocks with complex geological structure at oil and gas fields of Carpathian oil and gas province and DDd. The research method is the collection and analysis of geological and geophysical data and the assessment of capabilities for individual geophysical methods when study promising oil and gas objects, the selection of reservoirs and the determination of the main filtration and capacity parameters of reservoir rocks. The obtained results of research works are partially implemented in the educational process when studying individual special disciplines. The results of fundamental research are used for the development of methodological techniques, processing and interpretation of geophysical research data. The field of application is the oil and gas industry. The obtained results will also be used in teaching students of «Earth Sciences», «Mining» and «Oil and Gas Engineering and Technologies» specialties.
