Research methods: optical and electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, microhardness measurement, X-ray diffraction studies, and tribological testing. The study describes the microstructure, phase state, and tribological characteristics of coatings applied using pulsed plasma, the impact of post-plasma heat treatment, and the counter body material on the abrasive wear resistance of mono- and multilayer coatings. The phase-structural state and hardness of the biomedical titanium alloy, manufactured using LPBF printing, subjected to carburizing and subsequent laser treatment, were determined.
