Description

The object of research is processes related to the processing of iron-containing raw materials and steel processing, as well as the processes of production organization and business administration in metallurgy. The purpose of the work is to increase the indicators of energy resource conservation and quality management of metal products, improvement of technological and project solutions in metallurgical processing, operational improvements and development of industrial production management methods. The subject of the research: energy consumption and emissions in various methods of steel production, indicators of the quality of metal products, organizational and structural transformation of the administrative and management divisions of a metallurgical company, approaches to the construction and implementation of a decision-making model for change management and the organization of communications in metallurgical projects. Scope of application: enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex, project management in the field of metallurgy, educational process, research work in the field of metallurgy, project management and enterprise management.
