 The object of research is life safety, civil defense and labor safety, labor protection management. The purpose of the work – Justification of proposals for improving the actions of management bodies and forces involved in the implementation of works on the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations, ensuring environmental safety; analysis of the use of risk assessment methodology in the improvement of civil protection systems. Research methods - survey-analytical, laboratory: methods of chemical analysis, methods of remote measurement of human body temperature during the pandemic, methods of assessing the degree of tightness of cabins, methods of assessing total heat input into the cabin, methods of evaluating efficiency means of heat protection, analysis of risk management methods. In Chapter 1, based on the application of the probabilistic method for modeling of the conditional probability of injury to an employee during the performance of technological operations, an assessment of the probability of an accident and the development of various variants of dangerous situations was carried out. Chapter 2 analyzes the impact of dangerous toxic factors of fires during military operations on eco-geosystems and the life of the population, which is a powerful factor in environmental pollution. Impact on soils and water resources fires create safety risks. The poisonous effect of fires on human activity consists in the threat to life, the negative effect of combustion products.
