The object of the study is the directions and processes of corporate social responsibility of the investigated enterprise. The purpose of the work is to develop a corporate social responsibility strategy for its further implementation at the enterprise. Research methods: - Scientific modeling: conducting an analysis of existing CSR models and developing our own corporate social responsibility model, which became the basis for the subsequent strategy. - Analysis method: analyzing existing corporate social responsibility models, available CSR strategies, and the regulatory framework of Ukraine, the USA, the EU, and international organizations. - Benchmarking: comparing the CSR strategies and practices of different enterprises to identify areas for improvement and implement these improvements in the proposed CSR strategy. - Synthesis: grouping the principles of the proposed CSR strategy and objectives. Findings: In the course of the work, the content and essence of CSR strategies were studied, their features, advantages, and disadvantages were examined; A CSR model was developed, which became the basis for the subsequent corporate social responsibility strategy; A CSR strategy was developed for the client enterprise, which, if successfully implemented, could be applied to its contractors as well. The developed strategy was divided into several parts, including CSR principles that the enterprise should follow, CSR objectives, and recommendations for the practical implementation of the strategy at the enterprise; Practical recommendations were provided for the implementation and realization of the CSR strategy, as well as its possible areas of development were highlighted.
