A research object is a process of forming and analysis of informative signals from radiants that is located in zones research ( aquatoriums) of world ocean. An aim of work is creation facilities of organization of realization of experiments on computer designing complex of research of hydroacoustic processes built on the basis of the geographic information systems (ГІС).
