  In this scientific research work, the DSTU project "Forensic electrotechnical examination. Terms and definitions" was developed. The development of this DSTU project is carried out in order to ensure a unified approach to the use of terminology when conducting forensic electrotechnical examinations and expert studies. According to the results of the implementation of this scientific research work, the national standard "Forensic electrotechnical examination. Terms and definitions", which will ensure the establishment of a unified approach to understanding terminology when conducting forensic electrotechnical examinations and expert studies. The results of this work can be implemented in expert practice, as well as in the activities of bodies, pre-trial and judicial investigation.
