 The manual summarizes and systematizes typical cases and types of deformations of construction objects (houses, buildings and structures), defects and damage to their structural elements. The main causes of defects and damage, methods of their detection, as well as possible consequences are given. The method of assessing the technical condition of construction objects and their structural elements based on detected defects and damages is described. The developed manual will become an effective means of practical guidance in the conduct of forensic construction and technical examinations in matters of inspection of construction objects, as well as the determination of possible causes of defects and damage to their structural elements.
