The algorithm of application of methods and methodological approaches in conducting forensic economic examinations, detailed in accordance with the peculiarities of forensic economic research, is determined. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the application of methods and methodological approaches used in conducting forensic economic examinations. In order to ensure the use of the methodology, the authors propose to address certain practical issues on the basis of the conclusions of forensic economists.
