The goal is to generalize the existing and develop innovative methods of designing architectural objects and public spaces, taking into account the principles of sustainable development, adaptability requirements, informatization of design using technological means and methods. The results of the NDR will be implemented in real architectural design and the educational process. Research methods. The work examines innovative methods that are considered in the context of a single system of architectural design; tested and improved individual professional methods of solving socio-functional problems that require a solution during design, as well as against the background of the development of scientific and technical progress; development and implementation of new technical means. The tasks of the research are to study the current state of the researched problem, to identify trends in architectural design and spatial planning, to systematize innovative methods; development of methods of innovative design of architectural objects using VIM technologies; development of innovative computer methods of modeling and layout of architectural objects; development of scenario methods of innovative formation of public spaces in conditions of sustainable development of architecture, urban planning and the urban planning function of airports; development of scenario methods of housing formation taking into account its life cycle; development of methods for designing multifunctional public complexes with polyvalent spaces and variable scenarios of their use; development of methods of assessment and improvement of energy efficiency of airport buildings; development of methods of architectural design of mobile elements of public service; formation of methodological approaches to the formation of tectonics of the architectural environment, taking into account perception in time and space.
