The implementation of this model will contribute to the saturation of the domestic market with domestic aquaculture products, the growth of its exports, and import substitution. The ways and directions of the post-war recovery and accelerated development of the domestic aquaculture sector as a new system of innovative restructuring of the country's fisheries complex have been scientifically substantiated, as well as the urgent need to introduce a programmatic approach to the development of aquaculture at the state level, focused on the comprehensive use of the rich resource potential of the Ukrainian Black Sea region, which is considered as a strategic resource for the development of the economy and ensuring the national food security of Ukraine at the stage of survival. On this basis, proposals for the project of the regional Program "Development of the fishing industry of the Odesa region for 2024-2029" have been provided.
